These Terms govern your use of omigles (the "Service"), operated by [OPERATOR NAME / ENTITY] ("we", "us"). By checking the age box and entering, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use omigles.

1. You must be 18 or older

omigles is an adults-only service. You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to use it. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will terminate their access.

2. Nature of the Service

omigles pairs you with a random stranger for an anonymous, text-only conversation. There are no accounts and no stored chat history. You are talking to unverified members of the public. We do not screen, endorse, or take responsibility for other users or anything they say. Interactions are at your own risk.

3. Rules of conduct

You agree that you will not use omigles to:

• Produce, request, or share any sexual content involving minors, or any child sexual abuse material. This is absolutely prohibited and will be reported to the authorities.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, defame, or incite violence against anyone.
• Share sexual content with, or solicit it from, anyone who is or appears to be a minor.
• Post hateful content targeting people based on protected characteristics.
• Solicit others' personal or financial information, or share your own in ways that put you at risk.
• Send spam, advertising, scams, malware, or links intended to defraud or harm.
• Impersonate others, or attempt to unmask, dox, or track another user.
• Break any applicable law, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.

4. Reporting and enforcement

Use the in-chat Report button if a stranger breaks these rules. When a report is filed we log a short excerpt of that conversation so we can investigate (see the Privacy Policy). We may end chats, block access, and preserve or disclose information where we believe in good faith it is necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, or comply with the law. We may report illegal activity — including apparent child exploitation — to law enforcement and to relevant bodies such as [NCMEC / your national reporting authority].

5. No warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any other user is who they claim to be.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for the conduct of any user, arising out of your use of the Service. [Consider a liability cap and any exclusions with your lawyer.]
